Wuxi Central Rehabilitation Hospital, patient with left hemiplegia due to stroke, Brunnstrom stage III-III-III, upper limb muscle strength level 3 and lower limb muscle strength level 3 on the affected side. Using REX to assist patients with PNF treatment and other training while standing. Train five times a week, each session lasting 30-40 minutes, for a total of four weeks. The patient's muscle strength on the affected side has increased to level 4, and Brunstrom staging is IV-III-IV.
