The patient at Jiangsu Zhongshan Elderly Rehabilitation Hospital in Nanjing has a spinal cord injury with a T10 segment, an ASIA grade of C, lower limb muscle strength level 1, and sitting balance level 2. Conduct walking training on patients through REX to improve their lower limb muscle strength and walking ability. And have the patient clap the ball while walking to improve their trunk core control. Train five times a week, each session lasting 30-40 minutes, for a total of four weeks. The patient's lower limb muscle strength has increased to level 2 and sitting balance has increased to level 3.
